Die spätere kombinierte Nutzung von Galileo und GPS war doch von Anfang an geplant. Wieso tun die Nachrichtenagentur Reuters (und die recherchelos übernehmenden Medien) in einer aktuellen Meldung dann so, eine entsprechende Vereinbarung zwischen EU und USA sei eine überraschende Entwicklung?
